INQUIRING/BOOKING :)
Fill out the inquiry form on my booking site! Select your preferred package depending on whether you’re hoping to book a solo session or one with your friends. Fill out your information, answer the questions in my questionnaire, and make your 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date

YAY!! SESSION PREPPING
I'll confirm date and time with you. Now that you are booked, I will send you my Grad Welcome Guide. This guide is full of tips for your session - including locations, outfits prep, etc. This is also the time to ensure you have your cap and gown. I do not provide the cap and gown. But it can easy be rented at the campus bookstore or at https://gaspard.ca

SESSION DAY!!!!
Really all you gotta do is show up and have fun! Take me on a tour of all your favourite places on campus and I’ll capture it along the way! Can’t wait!!
4.
SPECIAL DELIVERY
I like to set myself a 2 week deadline to send off your digital gallery. But, if I'm being honest, it’ll probably be less than that…I get excited and love to edit the images ;) ALSO, all photos I deliver are fully edited and available to be downloaded! I don’t believe in limiting the amount of photos you receive. This is a HUGEEE milestone, I want you to have all the lovely photos we take!

What uni campuses do you
do sessions at?
I do sessions at the Guelph campus most frequently (Go Gryphons!!). But I love to shoot at uni campuses all around Ontario. *travel fees may apply

How many images do you deliver?
Depends on the session length and amount of grads. Usually AT LEAST 75…but i mean…it’s usually a lot more. Either way, I fill your gallery with all the final edited images. I don’t believe in limiting the images you get. This is a huge milestone you're hitting - you need as much of it captured as possible!!! <3

Do you send raw
(unedited) images?
I do not provide the unedited raw files. Editing is a significant part of my process, it's half of the final result I deliver. Sharing unedited raw files would be like a baker serving their customers a half baked, soggy cake – it's just not the finished product they're expecting….or wanting ;) If you trust me to capture these memories for you, you won't need the raw, soggy photos.

What if we have bad weather?
This is situational. If it's not dangerous weather I highly encourage you to have fun in the session anyway! I promise, we can get just as awesome photos in the rain. If necessary we can absolutely reschedule :)

How far in advance should I book?
I would say about a month in advance! But no worries if you book closer to your preferred date. We’ll do what we can to make it work :)

How does payment work for a group session?
Basically, the person who reaches out to me will be my main point of contact for the whole thing. So the 50% non-refundable retainer and final payment would need to come from them.

How much editing do you do?
Of course, I edit the light and colour. But as for anything else, I may do some minimal blemish editing here and there but nothing else. I want to capture you as your gorgeous self!!!

How much do grad photos cost?

Does the session have to be on campus?
No, not at all! We can go where you’d like, there are lots of nice parks and locations around. I have a long list of my favourite locations that I use for family photography that would be great for grads!
